Hi! I’m Kelly,
I am a nurturer. I am eager to lend a hand or a listening ear. I love to help people work through challenges and celebrate their wins. I offer a kind, approachable and caring presence, especially during stressful situations. I am at my very best when I am in service to others; I bring this passion to my clients.
I am a mom to Patrick and Louis. I have decades of experience caring for babies as both a nanny and through supporting peers in their early parenting journeys. After experiencing a traumatic birth, postpartum depression and lactation challenges, I have deep empathy for new parents. I felt pressure to love the newborn phase and felt deep shame and guilt when I didn’t. These experiences strengthen my ability to provide your family the best support possible.
I am a certified postpartum doula with the Northwest Association for Perinatal Professionals, a local leader in evidence-based doula training, certification and continuing education.
